The director of our soon-to-open Vietnam branch, Art Carter is a licensed CPA in the United States. He has 10 years of experience in the Audit and Accounting fields and has worked extensively in the Banking and Manufacturing sectors helping companies to streamline their operations and develop systems to meet their financial reporting needs. His work in Southeast Asia to date includes performing CFO services for foreign small and medium sized enterprises, helping foreign companies implement international accounting standards, assisting agricultural companies to market their products abroad and achieve higher quality standards. He currently resides in Hanoi, Vietnam.
